This usually happens if you have any blank text labels in your quiz. Are you running your quiz standalone, or are you inserting it into Presenter?
If you have the quiz inserted in Presenter, open your PowerPoint presentation and on the Articulate menu, select Player Templates > Text Labels. Check to see if any of the "Custom Text" column entries are blank.
In Quizmaker, you'll look at pretty much the same section for the labels. Click on Player Templates, select the template you're using and click on "Edit". When the Player Template Builder opens, select the "Text Labels" tab and look for any blank entries under the "Custom Text" column.

Let me know how it goes!
