Articulate Quizmaker 09 - Popup Box Text Editing

I'm befuddled. I have a quiz configured to allow the user to leave the quiz only after they have completed the quiz as illustrated below.
When the user attempts to leave the quiz prior to completing it the popup box - shown below - appears with no text in it.
I've checked the Player Templates Manager within Quizmaker 09 accessed via the following screen shots.
So where is the text in the popup box defined/populated from. I do not see any of the texts in the numerous fields in the Player Template Builder in the popup box.
Any help in resolving this issue would be most appreciated.
Cheers,
Tony

Hi Tony,
Looks like a warning that should let them know they have some unanswered questions.
Take a look at these text labels to see if any are blank:
Hope that helps :)
Leslie,
Thanks for your response, most appreciated but I've done that to no avail.
Additionally, I have another course wherein the popup contains text, but the text in the popup does not match the text in any of the Player Template Manager fields, which begs the question - where is the text being drawn from.
Strange to say the least.
Cheers,
Tony
Hmmm, thanks for popping back in with an update. Any chance you could share your .quiz file so that I could take a look?
Leslie,
Unfortunately I am not at liberty to share due to restrictions imposed by our customer of the developed training program.
Thanks again for your time and support.
Cheers,
Tony
Privately perhaps? You could share it directly here if possible. If not, I understand.
Another thought - This quiz is a part of a Presenter project, correct? Did you check the player text labels there? Those would take priority.
Leslie,
You are spot on, that's where the text is being generated/drawn from. What I have is two courses, one in English and one in French (Canada is bilingual after all, which is a real pain at times). The French one displays the text displayed at field 33 of the Player Template (see the attached French screenshot) when the learner attempts to leave the quiz prior to completing it. However, the English one does not display any text, but should display the text as shown at field 33 of the English Player Templates (see the attached English screenshot).
How does one activate a particular Flow: QMTrap, or know what the trap is associated with? In this case Flow: QMTrap Message does not indicate what triggers the message.
Confusing.

Tony
Leslie,
My apologies - this time with the attachments.
Cheers,
Tony
I understand Tony. We do not have any documentation defining all of the text entry labels and where/when they may present.
Now that we know your field is not blank, are we sure that's the field? Are you able to recreate the scenario in your French version and see the pop-up?
I just searched some previous reports of a similar issue and others experienced the 'scroll to bottom' on a specific question (in QM) that was causing the issue:
Leslie,
I don't understand what you mean by; "...it was actually the requirement to scroll on a specific question (in QM) that was causing the issue:"
Eek, that was confusing Tony. Sorry about that.
I re-worded what I stated above, but what I intended to share was that others experiencing an issue similar to yours found it was due to the 'scroll to bottom' field on a specific question.
It was simply another idea without having the confirmation that the field 33 was the true culprit.
Just trying to cover any possibilities since I cannot see your file :)
Leslie,
Thank you for that. I'll try that.
Cheers,
Tony
