Articulate Quizmaker 13 and using a timed quiz

Hello,
I seem to have an issue where a user can retry a quiz multiple times, not get the 100% completion, but still get a completion in the LMS.
The quiz is timed at 60 minutes.
Running through several tests, I can get a 25% on the first try, click the retry Quiz button on the results slide and get a 0%, do the same steps and get 0% on the 3rd attempt, click the Finish button and have the course move to a completed state.
I removed the timed portion of the quiz and was not able to duplicate the issue anymore.
Is setting the quiz to be timed somehow affecting the completion status?

I'm not sure that I'm aware of an issue related to this.
We had a similar issue with an incorrect Completion status being sent:

I uploaded 2 courses into SCORM Cloud.
One was our normal quiz (I only have Quizmaker '13, not the full Articulate Presenter so our quiz is just strictly a quiz).
The normal course is timed and I scored a 20%, retried (using the imbedded Retry Quiz button from the failure screen) and scored a 0%, retried again and scored a 0% and then Finished the course and it completed.
I uploaded a 2nd course with the "timed" element removed and was able to retry 3 times and finish and the course remained Incomplete.

So you are able to recreate the issue in SCORM Cloud.
What update of Quizmaker are you on? You can check out the details on our updates here, and I would advise that you be on the latest update.
If you are on the latest update and you were able to re-create, I think our support team needs to take a look and you can share your .quiz file with them here.
So how do I get it to update.
the link you have there just takes me to a page where I can download trials.
Clicking check for updates in Quizmaker says there are no available updates.
I am currently on Update 2 1402.2817.
Hi Stephen! You can download from there and your license code should automatically apply.
Ok, I did the update for Studio and it has updated Quizmaker to the latest version.
It does not look like the issue is repeating, so there must have been a fix in there somewhere.

hi Leslie, just another quick question.
Are there release notes strictly for updates/fixes to Quizmaker.
The release notes I see are for Presenter, like the one you noted earlier in our conversation:
You may find that your learning management system (LMS) incorrectly marks a course as Passed or Completed on a learner's second attempt when the following conditions are true:
* The course is being tracked by an embedded quiz.
* The learner attempts the course more than once and fails on each attempt.
Again, I am only using Quizmaker, I do not have any other product installed so what i was creating was strictly a Quiz that the user launched, answered the questions and completed, and I actually had Update 2 installed before updating to Update 5.

Is it possible to see what Updates you have installed and when?
Like I stated, I was actually on Update 2 already and according to the notes, that's where the fix occurred, but now I'm thinking that I might have had an earlier version and Updated to 2 at some point.
Hmmm, interesting question. Perhaps you still have the download files from your updates? I'm not sure of another way to do so.

I think I found what I need in the Meta.xml file (had to go through a few to find it, but their is an XML tag for Application Version in that file.

yes actually it was. I was on Update 1 for a while and then Updated to version 2.
