Articulate quizmaker review the quiz cannot show all the point

Oct 26, 2011

When I developed my quiz with Articulate Quizmaker with a review function. When I click it, I do see the review questions and points, but only for the first question, I cannot see the points awarded. I don't know why. Every time I try, same problem happened to the first question. Anyone has an idea about this? Thank you so much!!!

Hi Weiwei,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Can you please upload your zipped project files to us here:

http://upload.articulate.com/

That way, we'll be able to take a close look at it and resolve why the first question is not giving you the results you want. Thanks!

I send the zipped file to you.

Thank you so much.

Have a good night~

Weiwei,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I've submitted this issue to our quality assurance team.

As noted, it would appear the first question during review when 'Submit All at Once' is used, will not show the awarded points in the question list dropdown. After selecting question 1 from the question list dropdown, selecting the question list dropdown again, you will notice the awarded point value is now populated. We have the following workarounds.

1. Use the 'Submit one at a time' Player template

...or ...

2. Create a Survey question for the first question. Because survey questions are not graded, this would not affect the students score.

TIP: The Survey question can be a "Short Answer" questions asking the student to enter their name.

I hope this helps!

Thank you for all your time and help, David.

I will redesign the template when I use it.

Hope this can be resolved well soon.

Thanks.
