I am trying to create a quiz, but I can't get the shuffle feature turned off. I remove the shuffle for each question BEFORE I add anything to the slide and it is still shuffling the answers. I don't want the answers shuffled so I'm not sure what to do. This is a new issue because I have not had the problem in the past. How do I keep the shuffle feature off?
It sounds like you went through these steps to turn shuffling off and make it the default option for all new questions, but the questions are still randomized?

I am having the same problem, but in Storyline instead of Quizmaker. I rebooted and it was fixed, but then the next time I previewed the course, it was back to shuffling answers when Shuffle was set to "None." Help!
