Assessment will not publish to lms

I have created an assessment, have also sent it to customers using Articulate Review. The customer was able to review the assessment without any issues. After final edits and reviews were completed. I attempted to load it to Sum Total. The assessment will not load, and is not visible.

HI Kathy

are you getting an error message on upload? Have you checked the publish setting is set to LMS?  Are you zipping the package from the SL publish window and not from Windows explorer?

Try uploading to Scormcloud and test there - if it works then there is a setting in SumTotal that may need tweaking.

If none of that works - can you share the .story file and let us know the publish settings and we can see what's happening.
