I have an audio clip that I have attached to an intro slide. When I preview the slide, the audio sounds fine. However when I save and return to Presenter, and preview the slide there, the audio sounds like the narrator is in a tunnel. Each question in the quiz has audio. The rest of the clips sound fine. They were all done by the same narrator, on the same equipment at the same session. Any ideas?
Hi Carla! Does the audio sound as it should when publishing? Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for me to have a look at if you are still having difficulty.
Actually when I published it, the echoing was worse! Do I need to send it via support? I created the Articulate package and tried to attach the package here and it didn't appear to upload?
So sorry, I usually get an email when someone has replied to a post but I didn't get one so I didn't want to be pushy. I know y'all deal with a ton of questions. I just sent it. Thanks a million!!

Hi Leslie,

Sure, must be too big to attach. You can send it here.
