Background Themes

I'm attempting to create a quiz for a client using their background theme. I've tried two different things but keep ending up with a different background. The things I've tried are:

1) Going to the design tab, looking for the correct theme (for some reason custom themes don't appear), and applying the correct theme.

2) Using the 'import questions' option to import a blank question from another quiz with their background theme.

Both things yield the same result, a white slide with a bit of blue fading up from the bottom.

Any assistance would be much appreciated!

Hey Nadia!

After their quiz file has been transferred to your computer, use the following steps to make their player template available for other quizzes on your local computer:

1)  Open the quiz file in Quizmaker.

2)  Click the Player Templates button on the toolbar. (The player template they have shared with you will be selected.)

3)  Click the Edit button.

4)  When the Player Template Builder opens, simply click the OK button to save the template to the local computer.

5)  Click the Close button to exit the Player Template Manager.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for getting back to me! This will be really helpful when transferring their player template. What I was wondering was how to transfer their background theme. What I finally ended up doing was doing a 'save as' and renaming the file they sent me. Then I just deleted the questions from the previous file and replaced them with new ones. It'll work for now!
