bookmarking in a quiz

Hi
I've developed with Studio 13 a course with interactions, quizes and a final assessment that the learner has to pass.
The course has the bookmarking option and therefore if the user quits the course he gets the usual message to choose whether or not go back to where he has left the course.
The final assessment in the player / Other / resume has the option "on restart, never resume".
Nevertheless, if the user quits the final assessment half way through by closing the course window and restarts the course, he gets the bookmarking message and it takes him to where he has left the quiz. The system after that does not consider the questions taken the first time and only presents those not taken before.And of course the user fails the test.
Why is it that the final assessmetnt is bookmarking when it should not?

great! it's quite a serious problem and I just haven't a clue of what's wrong.
our internal support in Deloitte has been working on understanding the issue but did not find an answer yet.
so help from you would be great, as other learning specialists are starting to publish with '13 in our company.

Hi Muriel! It looks as if a response was sent to your colleague this morning, so you may need to touch base with him to do the testing that Gren has asked of you in the case
my case was opened on October 30 and I still have not received an answer on how to solve the problem.

Hi Muriel,
I see a number of emails between Gren and Michael (who I think is a colleague of yours?) that they did some additional testing within SCORM Cloud? It looks like Gren is still doing some testing for Scorm 2004 vs. Scorm 1.2 - are you able to check in with Michael?
