Is it possible to bookmark within a quizmaker quiz? I have a quiz > 300 questions and users are leaving the quiz in the middle and when they come back to finish it they have to start over. The quiz is published to a LMS and that is how the users are accessing it. Any ideas on how to get progress to save?
Hi Melanie! Yes, Quizmaker does include a bookmarking feature... when you open your quiz in Quizmaker, you can click Player Templates > Edit > Navigation and set the Resume behavior. LMS users typically mark both boxes in order to have the quiz pick up where learners last left off if they leave and come back later.
I tried that and apparently it doesn't work with my LMS. Any other ideas? I thought about splitting it into several quizzes, but the requestor doesn't care about the user passing each section, just passing the 300 questions as a whole.
Hey Melanie you might want to look into the LMS side of things to see if there is a setting there which needs to be changed in order to allow users to resume. Most LMS's have a built in feature for tracking progress and allowing learners to pick up where they left off. In fact that's why the Resume options on the Quizmaker player template are worded the way they are....they're designed so that if the LMS has a resume feature, the quiz will use that rather than the Resume function that's built into the quiz.
