Branched Scenario - need help

May 02, 2011

I really wanted to try a branched scenario and using the blank slides for my next quiz after seeing them on here.  But this is what's happening in my one question quiz.

I have a blank slide to set the scene.  Then a Multiple Choice question.  Each of the answers is supposed to take the user to a new feedback slide (created from a blank slide).  It works...after the user has selected their answer, it takes them to the feedback slide.

The only problem is that, after that,  when the user clicks next...instead of taking them to the results page, it takes them to the next feedback slide (one they should only see if they selected the corresponding answer).

I've tried fiddling with the settings, without luck.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi Andrea and welcome to Heroes!

It sounds like you set your question branching up correctly. For each of your blank choice feedback slides, you'll want to set the "More..." branching option to branch to the following question.

So Question 1 has 4 choices and each choice branches to a blank slide for specific feedback. Now, each feedback slide will need to be set to continue to the next question. Otherwise, "Next" will take your learners from one feedback slide to the next, until they reach the next question.
