Branching in Quizmaker (using hotspots)

I am trying to put together a quiz using images and hotspots and was wondering if this type of option is available in Quizmaker 13

When I ask a question in Microsoft Word (2007) and the "Home" tab is active

Question 1:

Where would you click to start Mail Merge?

The users Selects the Mailing tab and the Mailing tab menu is displayed (user moves to another slide), then selects "the Start Mail Merge" option
