I had this working when there were just a few questions. Then I added more questions, readjusted where branching is pointing too and now it doesn't work. Everything goes to group 4. What am I missing?

Where are you seeing the issue? In Preview or once Published?
Are you seeing an issue with my published output here? I was able to maneuver through and saw the different question groups (thanks for numbering). If you are still seeing the issue, just let me know what browser/environment are you viewing in.
