Bug or Feature: Quizmaker saves questions regardless if empty

Nov 25, 2013

The new quiz maker 13 saves a question no matter what (even if empty). This is driving me NUTS! I see no way to alter the functionality and this is sad! Why change this? It should at least require that you have a question/answer combo. Just absolutely bizarre! Who ever told articulate this was cool should be shot?

Please reverse this!

Thanks

Hi Tyrone,

I'm sorry for the frustration you're experiencing, and as Bruce mentioned you're welcome to share your thoughts in the form of a feature request, as I don't believe this is a bug. If you need to delete a question, you can highlight it within the question list and either use the "Delete question" button at the top of the toolbar (you could delete multiple questions this way using the shift or ctrl key to highlight more than one at a time) or right click on the question and you'll be given an option to delete it.

Bruce/Ashley,

Quizmaker 09' never worked this way. It would just not allow you to create the question. Quizmaker '13 has a life of its own. Its going to create the question, even if you made a mistake. Imagine how frustrating that is. You can of course delete the questions (WHICH I'VE BEEN DOING) but that's tedious. There has to be a better way.
