Buttons flashing unexpectedly

Hi - I am having two issues with some of the buttons in Quizmaker:

1. We are using Blank Slides for a series of Case Studies, in which the learner clicks the Continue button to move to the next page. We have noticed that every time the learner clicks Continue, the button briefly changes to "Submit" before advancing to the next page. How can I stop the Submit button from being displayed?

2. At the end of a quiz, the Feedback popup appears with the Finish and Retry buttons. The text on each button has a specific static color and hover color. We have noticed consistently that when the learner clicks Submit at the end of the last question and leaves the mouse pointer over the Submit button, then the Finish and Retry buttons displays the hover color, not the static color. Only when the learner moves the mouse pointer away from the Submit button do the Finish and Retry text colors change to the static color. How can I fix this? Thanks!
