Yep, you can do that. Is your quiz standalone? If it is, you can set that up in your Pass Result and Fail Result slide. There is a place at the bottom of the result slide options where you can choose "Go To URL" and then type in the web address.
But - if your quiz is embedded on a slide in a course, you need to handle it differently. Open your course, go to the placeholder slide for your quiz, and click Properties at the bottom. Then you'll be able to set up what happens when the user passes or fails, and one of the options is to send them to a url. HTH.
