Can USERS specify who they want to email results to?

Is it possible to have the USER specify who they email results to within a survey or quiz?

I'm looking to have a guided interactive activity where at the end, the users can send the work they've done to themselves. After answering all the questions, the user will have created a piece of work they can then repurpose - just need a way for them to be able to get the work they did.

I know I can specify as the developer who the results are sent to, but we need each user to specify where they want the results sent to.

I appreciate any help you all can provide me on this challenge.
