My company wants the e-learners to put not only their name but also their employee id code in the result page because they need to put this into training record system which each employees has another id code. It is quite difficult to find the code in training record system by using the employee's name.
I would like to know whether we can modify the words or add another line in the pop-up when we click "Print result" for ID etc. so the user can type their name and id, this needs to be shown in the result page also

In this case, if we checked "Prompt user for their name before printing", the Articulate will ask you "Enter your name in the field below" and we need to type our name.
My question is can we change "Enter your name in the field below" into something else like "Enter your name and ID below Example: Narongrit Chimchang 4302918"? then my name and id will show on the slide result
Firstly, you would not need to create a separate Survey, just insert a Survey question into the Exam.
Since you have further specified what you are looking for, I now see specifically, you want to change the text in the Enter you name dialogue and do not actually care (in the report) about the user name.
That can be done without adding a Survey question by performing the following:
Open the Player properties screen from the Player button in the Home ribbon
Click the Text Labels link in the Player Properties ribbon
On item 9, click in the Custom Text column and change that text to what you want.
I have changed it in to my local language (Thai) but the font size is too small. I would like to know whether we can adjust the font size in the text label?
The only place I know you can change anything to do with Player fonts is in teh Colors section of the Player. I know the font you select in this area is for ALL fonts in teh player and is only for font family.
I would recommend opening a ticket with Articulate for this one.
