The 'Exit' button on the player is not working. Click it and nothing happens - though the 'cancel' button works just fine. If I close the course by closing the browser, I get a 'course incomplete' status. Help!
I uploaded the course to cloud.scorm, which is where we test our SCORM manifests. I was able to get a ‘passed/complete’ status yesterday, with the Exit button working fine. When I tried it today (same course, same site), the ‘Exit’ button refused to work. Closed the browser window to exit, and got ‘incomplete’ and status ‘unknown’. Not a good thing.
I went back to cloud.scorm using Chrome, launched the same course and it worked as it should – exited just fine, both with a complete/ ‘pass’ status and an incomplete/'fail’ as is appropriate. But of course, our LMS doesn’t play nice with Chrome, so that isn't much help.
We did discover that Storyline Quizzes seems to behave better, so we’re going to use that.

How are you viewing the course when the "Exit" button doesn't work? Are you viewing it after you've uploaded it to a web server or LMS?
Also, what web browser are you using to view the course? Have you tried opening it in a different browser?
