How are you viewing your published output? You'll want to test it within the intended environment, otherwise you could encounter some local security restrictions. You're also unable to use the print results feature during Preview.
In addition to the information that Ashley shared above, be sure that you are publishing your content and viewing in it's intended environment.
If you view published Articulate Quizmaker content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. To test your content and share it with others, you'll need to upload it to the environment for which it was published. Here's how.
Thanks. Tech support provided me the same info, which allowed me to get in the ballpark regarding the issue. It turns out that we needed to publish our modules to CD instead of Web. Our network drive folders are not "web servers", so the problem existed because we pubished as Web.
We published the module to CD (still on the network folders) and the results of the quiz printed fine.
While the info you guys provided wasn't exactly what I needed, it did provide me with some direction to do some trial and error work

Hello,
I am getting the same results. What can I do to advise my IT folks on this?
Thanks.
