Old theme background appears on feedback slides

Have you made the background changes in the Feedback Master?

Well, I guess that is a pretty straightforward response. I forgot there was a feedback master. So, duh @ me. Thanks.

I have a the same issue however my changes have been made in the feedback master but are not being picked up.

I have changed the feedback master to be white text however when I try to have this applied to a Incorrect or Try again or Correct it alters everything but the text colour and leaves it black

slowly but surely ripping my hair out with the little errors this software throws up.

also is the Design area under my project its showing various themes but saying under them used by 0 slides ??? why appear then another issue possibly related the same theme name is appearing 6 times

4 of the times saying used by 0 slides

1 instance of used by 1 Slide

and another instance saying used by 264 slides 

I have checked to ensure the theme only exists once in the App Data section which it does but no idea why this is happening at all.

Help would be much appreciated and put those who do at the top of my xmas card list.

Hi, Ewan -- So sorry to hear of your troubles! Would it be possible for you to share your file so that we can take a better look at the behavior you have described?

All you'd need to do is click on the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and upload from there.

I would love to however the file is 400MB.

I have 2 masters in my feedback essentially everything is the same apart from one slide which I have not used yet.
It’s a blue box with white text when I click this it looks fine in master view.

Return to the actual slides I want to apply this to I can right click and see the master view layout as I have set it out however if I click it the text appears black rather than white.

Hi, Ewan -- Many thanks for your reply! With a larger file, some find that it's helpful to pare down it down to showcase just the behavior they are seeing and we're able to better assist from there. Also, if you intended to share screenshots, etc., unfortunately, I am unable to see them in the forum post, as any attachments sent via email are not accessible in the post itself.
