Only certain question types can be converted to others, and unfortunately, I don't believe Multiple Response to Multiple Choice is one of them. To convert a convertible question, just right-click it and find the "convert to" text. If the option isn't available, you're welcome to submit a feature request. Thanks!
Hi Daria! Peter doesn't make it back to the forums very often, but this is not a feature in the latest version either. You would need to re-create the question. You are welcome to submit a feature request as Peter shared above as well. These go to our product development team :)
