Also, my feedback layers are showing up differently than how I have them set on the feedback master. For example, the Try Again button turns blue and moves to the center of my layer instead of being gray and at the bottom.
I've got an additional question: can PowerPoint slides come in between questions from one quiz?
For example, if I have three questions in one quiz, I'd like to make the first question advance to a PowerPoint slide; then, I'd like this PowerPoint slide to go to the second question from the same quiz. Is this possible, and if so, how do I do this?
When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Quizmaker '13 quizzes, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.

Did you create these before starting your quiz design or had to apply after?
Here's how to add blank slides—also known as content slides—to Articulate Quizmaker '13 quizzes and surveys.
I've mostly been working on my C: drive, and I believe I made the slide master after I created my first quiz and then applied. I'll see if I can make the slide master before creating any quiz to see if this fixes the problem.
Do I need to create a new quiz each time I want a question in a new place? For example, do I need to have one quiz where a question comes after the first objective in a course and a second quiz where a questions comes after the second objective, or can I have one quiz that has both questions show up when I want them to show up?
I have another question: my quizzes play audio when I preview them, but there are no audio files on these ppt slides nor on the actual Quizmaker slides. The audios are not even from the quizzes' course. Why is this happening, and what is a fix for this?
What kind of audio is playing on your slides? It sounds like maybe there is a remnant of audio from a previous powerpoint or Quizmaker slide, did you use a previous course as a template or such? Are you able to share it here so that we can take a look and see if we're able to identify the mysterious audio?
Sorry, I just saw your post. It was playing audio from another course. I used a Quizmaker template, but it's a blank template with no quiz content. I've been able to paste my slides onto a separate ppt file, though, and work without added sound that way.
I'll try to let you know if the problem happens again. Thanks for your help!

They can when you build in storyline I don't know about quiz maker. You set what questions report to your results slide.

Hi Katherine!
You should be able to utilize the blank slides that I shared above for your objectives and keep it in one quiz
