Cumulative Quizzes & Graded/Survey Differences

Feb 11, 2015

Wondering if someone can help clear up a few questions that I have lingering...

  1. Is it possible (using Presenter & Quizmaker) to have graded questions/quizzes peppered throughout a WBT and have the results of those quizzes be cumulative at the end of the module? I've done this using Quizmaker to build the entire WBT, but that's a bit cumbersome.
  2. What are the differences between graded questions and survey questions? Graded questions seem to have the options I'd like to use rather than survey questions as a knowledge checks throughout my WBT.

Hi Jason!

Quizmaker does not have a results slide of results as Storyline does.

Articulate Presenter lets you track a course either by the number of slides viewed or by a single quiz. Tracking both measurements for the same course isn't supported. Similarly, tracking multiple quizzes in the same course isn't supported. However, you may be able to track multiple measurements for a course using one of the unsupported methods in this article.

I think you have the graded vs survey questions down pat and that is just a matter of preference/tracking. Perhaps others in the community can chime in with their best practices or suggestions.
