Customized Feedback with Blank Slides and Branching

I believe it may be due to the question type you're using - I cannot tell from your screenshot which one you're trying to modify though. 

Can you let me know what type you're working with (Multiple Choice, etc.)? If so, I can take a look and see if that's the expected behavior for that question type.

In form view, I click the 'More' button in the feedback area to set branching for negative and positive feedback.

You are Christine. The issue was due to the question type I was using. It seems like with Multiple Response the option Feedback "By Choice" is not available.
