Customized feedback with blank slides not working

Hi,

I created a 3 response multiple choice quiz and carefully followed the directions for customizing feedback with blank slides in Quizmaker  (http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/creating-customized-feedback-with-blank-slides-and-branching.aspx).  I published it and here's what's going on: 

• Answer A links is an incorrect answer and when you click submit, you get the right feedback slide. But, at the bottom of the slide, there's a next button. When you click the next button, it goes to next feedback slide, not back to the original question slide.

• Answer B is an incorrect answer and when click submit you see the following.  There's no link to incorrect slide. 

•  Answer C is the correct answer and when click submit you same incorrect message. There's no link to the correct slide. 

I was careful to leave the text blank for all the feedback slides.  Any suggestions?
