Deleting public quizzes/editing existing content

Hello,
I am new to Articulate Quizmaker and have been using a trial and error system, as a result i have two quesions.
1) When setting up my first few quizzes i had them set as 'Public' by accident so the completed quizzes come up with the user as 'anonymous'. I have now resolved this and have set the quiz to private so the users name appear. Is there a way for me to delete the 'anonymous' quizzes?
2) I have also made an error on one of the quizzes and have selected a wrong answer as the correct answer. Is there a way that I can edit published content without having to publish another version of the same quiz?
Any help would be much appreciated!!
Thanks
Yaz

Hi Yasmin & welcome to Heroes,
I assume that you're using Articulate Online. Thus, when you change the permissions of a quiz from Private to Public, you're only changing the permissions. You're not creating a new version or copy of the quiz. Does that make sense? With that being said, if you created a new version of the quiz & published it with a new name, it's possible that there's 2 content items. Thus, to delete one, you'll need to use the following method:
1. Click on the Content tab
2. Click on the Manage tab for the content item
3. Click "Delete this Presentation" at the bottom of the screen
Regarding your second question, you'll need to open the quiz in Quizmaker '09, choose the correct answer, & then republish it. For more information on overwriting content in Articulate Online, see the link below:

Hello,
Thanks for that reply, it was really helpful.
I have another question regarding the publisher on Quizmaker. I have recently taken over Articulate in my company, we have the Quizmaker which allows one publisher. As I have now taken over I have changed the account to my e-mail address but the publisher name on Articulate online is still my predecesors and I cant work out how to change it. When I send invites for people to take my quizzes they are sent from his name with my e-mail address after in brackets.
Please can you help.
Many thanks,
Yasmin
Hi Yasmin,
After you login to your Articulate Online account, you should see a People tab. Click on that & then find your account in the Users section. Click on the Change Profile button & change your first and last name as needed. This should resolve the issue that you're seeing.
Hello,

Hi Yasmin,
There's no way to reinstate the quiz. You can still run reports on the deleted content, though.
