Diagnostic Help!

Oct 10, 2011

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to build a short quiz that will ascertain what COURSE my users should take. As such, the 5-7 questions be a series of true/false and multiple choice, and by then end, should alert the users which one of the three course variations would be best for them. ie, "You should take the green course!"

1. Is there such a way to do this in Quizmaker?

2. Am I better of using complex series of brances in Presenter

Thanks a million!

Hey Jonathan,

What sorts of questions do you plan on asking in the quiz? Would you be able to direct the learner to a specific section of the course based on their score? If so, you might be able to do something like what's described here: http://community.articulate.com/blogs/jeanette/archive/2011/05/19/using-quizmaker-09-to-build-magazine-style-assessments.aspx  ...that approach involves customizing the result slide so that learners can interpret their score so they know what action to take next.

Would that work for what you have in mind?
