It sounds like you may have the quiz inserted into a Presenter presentation, but you want to keep users from returning to a previous slide. Is that right, or are you running a standalone quiz?
Can you tell me a little more about what type of quiz you're working with?
Thanks for the information. One option that may work for you is "locking" the quiz slide. This way, the learner must progress through the quest in order to continue using the prompts and navigation in the quiz. This will also keep the learner from clicking on the "Next" and "Previous" buttons available in the player.
To try this, click on "Slide Properties" in the Articulate ribbon. Click on the space aligned with the "Lock" column for the slide that contains your quiz.
It'll look something like this:

Can you tell me a little more about how your quiz is set up and whether it's inserted into a Presenter Presentation? Are you wanting to disable the "Previous" button within the quiz itself, or within the PowerPoint/Presenter slides?
The quiz is inserted in a Presenter presentation (2013). We basically don't want the user to be able to click "back" during the quiz, they are unable to change their answers anyhow so this function is unnecessary.
Let me know if you need any more information and thanks again for your help!
Are you using the option to "Submit all at once" or seeing the back button on the results slide? If so, it's not possible (currently) to remove those buttons. You can lock the navigation through the player properties, but I from what you described I believe you may already be using this option.
If you're seeing this elsewhere, please let me know. You're also welcome to share the .QUIZ file here, if you'd like me to take a look. Just keep in mind that larger files may not upload to the forums.
In the meantime, if you'd like to be able to hide the "Previous" or "Back" buttons when the navigation for the quiz is locked, please share a feature request with our development team. I can certainly see how this would be useful, especially in cases where you obviously don't need to display this button.

Thanks Christine. I have submitted a request to have this feature added.
Thanks very much for sending that in, Jill :)
Have a great day!
