is there a way to display all solution slides during quiz review if the student had the questions correct or not. I am designing a quiz and would not like to display the answers by question but at the end of all the quizes and would also like to have the solution branched solution slides displayed at Lesson review which is after the student has completed all 20 questions

It sounds like what you're looking to do is have your quiz configured to submit all at once. You can do that in the Player Template Manager:
Then, just make sure that your results slides are configured to allow your users to review their results with the correct and incorrect answers:
Is that going to give you the results you're looking for?
