"Edit" button for Quiz Template not working

I'm in the localization industry, and we do a lot of Articulate Presenter (and Storyline)
Recently, a course has stopped letting us edit Quiz Player Templates - we click the edit button over and over and it does nothing at all.
We've even made a "new" template and it won't let us edit that one either.
We need to do this in order to import new quiz labels text and localize the labels text.
Anybody run into this and what might be causing it?
It doesn't work for any of the templates we have in the list...

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues, but there are a few things we can try first to rule out some common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.
Please let me know if that works, and if not, we'll keep digging! :)
This is for Articulate Presenter 09.
We did a complete uninstall and re-install. When we click Edit on the Quiz Template manger window - it still doesn't work. Even if we make a brand new one, and click edit on that - Edit does not respond.
Somebody else had this problem, but the result was not posted in the thread

I see that in the thread you just provided the link for that Leslie provided some new information a few minutes ago, so please let me know if that does the trick for you.
