"Edit" button for Quiz Template not working

I'm in the localization industry, and we do a lot of Articulate Presenter (and Storyline)

 

Recently, a course has stopped letting us edit Quiz Player Templates - we click the edit button over and over and it does nothing at all.

We've even made a "new" template and it won't let us edit that one either.

We need to do this in order to import new quiz labels text and localize the labels text.

Anybody run into this and what might be causing it?

 

It doesn't work for any of the templates we have in the list...

Hi, Matt - 

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues, but there are a few things we can try first to rule out some common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.

Please let me know if that works, and if not, we'll keep digging! :)
