"Email results" option doesn't work when I publish to the web.

I am brand new to Articulate and just created my first quiz in quizmaker. 

When I previewed the presentation on my system, I was able to complete the quiz and use the "email results" function, which sent an email with my results to the address that I had specified. However, when I publish to the web, the email results functionality is lost.

Can anyone help me restore that functionality, as my quiz is useless without being able to collect the results.

The very first thing I would check is the way you're viewing the quiz. Have you uploaded the content to a web server or LMS? If you view a published Quizmaker '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.

To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review this article for details.
