If you're unable to preview the file, I'd look into ensuring you're working on local project files and then confirm if you need to conduct the repair of Quizmaker as detailed here.

Thank you so much for your kind answer.
I confirm that I saved this file under my "C" drive.
So, I tried to reinstall to repair my Quizmaker. Even if I uninstalled all program files and installed again, the problem is still pending.
Could you please let me know how to uninstall and reinstall? Shoudl I delete all subfolders for Articulate created?
