Error Message when re-opening Quizmaker file

Hello community,
Has anyone ever gotten the error message below when re-opening an already created quizmaker file and if so, what did you do to resolve the matter?

this error and attempt to continue.
If you click quit the application will close.
This implementation is not part of the Windows.

How often is this happening for you? Is it anytime you open Quizmaker, or just one certain file? Any chance you would be able to replicate it in a screencast on the second page of this link? Thanks!

Thanks for your email. Yes,this error message happens each time I openquizmaker. I just clicked the 'Record a Screencast' and nothing happens. I'm not even being allowed to do that. Help please.
