Expanding Multiple choice questions
Jun 18, 2012
Hey all--figured I would go to the expert pool for this one.
Here's my situation: a client wants to check for more understanding on a T/F question. Instead of just knowing that the given response is false, they want to use a follow-up and ask what would make it true
Example: T/F The sky is yellow.
My answer = F,
Quizmaker = “correct! In order to make this question correct, you would say that the Sky is _______”,
my answer = blue.
If they get the response incorrect (selecting TRUE in this example), the feedback would be customized with the correct answer and the user would skip the "follow-up" question.
My initial thought is to lock these two questions at the beginning of the quiz and use branching off the responses. Is there a better way?
