In Articulate Quizmaker’09, I am not able to publish the quiz course for HTML5 support (Play quiz without Flash Player). Does the new version of Articulate Quizmaker supports publishing the quiz course with SCORM compliant to HTML5 output (Play quiz without plug-ins)?
Yes, Studio '13 support HTML5 as you'll see here in the system requirements but it was an element of Studio '09. Here is a helpful article comparing Studio '09 and Studio '13 that you may want to review.
