'Failed' Results screen appearing after all responses including 'CORRECT' ones

Hi,
Has anyone else encountered this rather prevalent/annoying bug? In several Studio 360 Quizzes, the feedback/results screen will only show the 'failed' version - even when someone answers the question correctly.
Sometimes the program will sort of flash the 'failed' feedback, then the 'success' version pops up. Which is also problematic as it looks somewhat unrefined. But it would be OK if that was the only concern. Much worse that the 'fail' screen will often appear and just remain there, forcing the user to abandon the quiz question, even if they didn't actually 'fail' it.

Hi Brandon,
The results slide and the appropriate layer is shown based on the points the user received vs. the passing points and score you've set. Although you don't need to show the points/score to the user (which I can see you've unselected) you still need to include a point associated with the correct answer.
I modified your file to have 1 point for the correct answer and then the success layer for the quiz appeared.
