Failed the quiz, says 'passed' in LMS

Hi,

I've published a test course in SCORM 1.2 and used quizmaker for the assessment. When testing the course on the SCORM cloud it states that the completion status is 'complete' (which is correct) and the success says 'passed' when I actaully failed the assessment.

The tracking is set to 'passed/incomplete' and each question has a score of 1 attributed to it.

This is the debug log output. Any ideas anyone and thanks in advance?
