Feedback Quiz Possible?

Good afternoon,
I've been looking into the possibility of creating a feedback quiz which would ask users to fill in their views on the E-Learning module.
Is it possible to somehow link the submission of their answer to store somewhere, perhaps as an email to myself, or a way of accessing the feedback?
We're trying to improve the delivery rate of feedback and this is one idea we've thought of, but not sure if it's possible.
Essentially, when a user hits submit on their essay 'feedback' answer it emails that answer to our feedback account.
Possible?

Hi Joshua,
You can set up the "Feedback" questions within a survey to prompt the user to email the results to a particular person or print the results, but it's not a default behavior. Depending on how you are administering your survey, if you have it set up within your LMS, that should be able to capture their essay responses as well automatically.
If you choose to go with the first option, within Quizmaker you'll click on "Survey results" and be prompted with a window like this:
