File size for Quizmaker '13 File

Hi,

I've got around 300 quiz questions that I need to publish, divided into 5 sections--the biggest is 161. I would like to have one quiz pool that pulls from all 5 sections, asking 100 questions total. Each question will have feedback in Post-Quiz Review.  I'm worried about that many questions in one file. Is it possible or should I just divide them up? If I divide them up, can I put them in one Presenter file or do I need separate Presenter files too? Would the publishing be too much in one file?

If it's possible, what should I be concerned about? Are there any strategies to help make the file more manageable?
