Hi Carol,

Have you tested this in another environment such as SCORM Cloud (you can get a free trial)? This will help us figure out if there is something happening within the Articulate files itself or within Blackboard. If you encounter the same problem when uploading into SCORM Cloud, please submit a Support Case so that we can take a look at your files. You may also want to submit a support ticket with Blackboard to have them look into it as well.

Let us know what happens when you test in SCORM Cloud!
