Finish button does not work at end of quiz

Hi,

We have several presentations that end with quizzes and have had some instances where students choose the "finish" button, but nothing happens. They are still recording as complete in our LMS, but the page doesn't close, so its more an annoyance than anything.. This is in Quizmaker 9 inserted into Presenter 9. We are not sure if this is new or not, but it is the first time we have heard about it. Is there a setting problem on our end? In our testing of it, we were able to recreate the issue in two files (from different authors) using both Firefox and IE 9, but we are not sure how to attempt to fix it. We use SCORM 1.2 for our LMS tracking.

Hi Carol!

Do you have the Quiz Properties set for both pass and fail set to 'Closes Window'?

This image shows the two fields I am asking about.

Hi, we are having the same problem but with quizmaker 13. I have tested this in SCORM cloud and get the same problem. I have just submitted this as a case but wondered if anyone out there had found a fix??

I have a similar issue with QM13. My Finish button when uploaded to my LMS creates an infinite loop where it actually restarts the course. I have it set to close the browser window, but it does not function properly when published and my LMS records the quiz as incomplete. It is not an issue for me in QM09.
