I had set the quizmaker properties to jump to a particular hidden slide (retake prep slide) if the user fails the quiz. However, when I click finish, it doesn't do anything.
I have uploaded to cloud.scorm.com and it sees to be running fine. Not sure what is happening.
If it's running well in SCORM Cloud, but not in your LMS, I'd point you to this blog post on troubleshooting common LMS issues. You may want to share the SCORM Cloud version with your LMS team.
