Finish button on a quiz not working

When on the "Results" page an employee has the option of "Review Quiz" or "FINISH".  However, when the "FINISH" button is pressed nothing happens.  Does anyone know why this feature is not closing off?

Which version are you using?

We had that issue with Internet Explorer, I think version 9 when using Articulate '09 (9.4 I think). When we ran the updates for 9.10, that fixed the compatibility issue, but we did have to republish every lesson. There is a method to update all the files at once on your LMS, but the way ours is set up it just wasn't possible.

Another thing you can try if using IE is to go to the tools, compatibility view settings, and add the website to your compatibility view. Unfortunately, any user would have to do the same, and if your system administrator runs updates, they may have to repeat the process each time.

I saw in the troubleshooting that Firefox has had issues but we use Firefox all the time. It is the browser with the least issues as far as we've seen.
