I have a quiz that, at its conclusion, the user must click the "Finish" button. This activates a URL to a PHP script that gives them credit for having watched the course in a database.
I am finding a small number of people for whom the "Finish" button is dead... they click on it and nothing happens. It seems to be a small amount, but one common denominator is they seem to be using Windows 8. Is anybody else running into this situation and/or have a fix?
We've also noticed this behavior in IE 10, and are currently taking a deeper look at the problem. In the interim, it appears that enabling Compatibility Mode in IE 10 is an effective work-around.

Has this compatibility issue been verified? We have a number of users recently who are experiencing this problem.
If we tell them to use Chrome or Firefox, might it solve a large percentage of the issues? (We don't have a particularly tech savvy audience, so I don't want to get too complicated on them.)
Or, I'd be happy to upload and send in one of the files.
Several folks have reported that Finish Action -> Go to URL does not work when viewing a published quiz in IE 10. We're looking into the problem, but using Firefox or Chrome is an excellent work-around, as is Using Compatibility View.

This problem appears to be resolved in Studio ’09 Update 9. I'd recommend checking out this update and letting us know if you continue to have trouble. Thanks!
