Finish Button won't work

Hi:

Sometimes, the Finish button won't work with some of the quizzes.  Sometimes it does and other times it doesn't. Does anyone have any ideas to help?

Hi, Jennifer -- Thanks so much for your reply! Upon taking another look at the ticket, I see that Vira had also added:

"Thanks for the update. Turned out we had issues with network hardware that is causing presentation files to upload very slowly and to also be retrieved slowly. It appears to be resolved now, please confirm from your end." 

If possible, please reply to Vira by email within your case, and share any additional information that you can, or even confirm with her that you are still having difficulties. I will continue to follow along with your case to share relevant updates here.
