Just in case you missed the announcement, the issue surrounding the Adobe Flash Player 16 release has been resolved. Studio '13 users, please upgrade to the latest version at your earliest convenience. Studio '09 is unaffected.
Allison, I removed my old Articulate Storyline program and uploaded the new fixed version but am still getting the same message. Am also now getting "This program requires a missing Windows component." I am not sure what else to do at this point. Any suggestions?
If you've updated Storyline to the latest version (Update 8 for Storyline 1 and Update 4 for Storyline 2) and you're still having an issue - we'd want to have you connect with our Support engineers for additional troubleshooting.
