Flash Player 16 Issue Resolved - Download Update

Allison, I removed my old Articulate Storyline program and uploaded the new fixed version but am still getting the same message. Am also now getting "This program requires a missing Windows component." I am not sure what else to do at this point. Any suggestions?

If you've updated Storyline to the latest version (Update 8 for Storyline 1 and Update 4 for Storyline 2) and you're still having an issue - we'd want to have you connect with our Support engineers for additional troubleshooting. 

Unfortunately this did not work. Seems I tried everything.

Yes, I reached out to them. Haven¹t heard back yet. I have a project that
needs to get done today so I am in a bind. Thanks for any help.

Can they do a Teamviewer and help me out?
