And in the weird and annoying realm, a client offering an Articulate lesson with a QuizMaker quiz to a very large audience has reported a small group of users where on loading the lesson after a quiz the quiz question answers are greyed out and selected. For the rest of users, they can retake the quiz to their hearts content.
Is there any easy explanation for this such as flash version or some cache setting.
The course is going through an LMS (AICC HACP). Would flash cookies make any diffrence there and is this a publishing option to use flash cookie or not?
Do not know on the first one, no on the second one. It's one workstation so would not be surprised if the network account is shared. I will post back if it happens again. Thanks!
In QuizMaker, there is a RESUME setting under the Player template builder and Navigation. This is selected by default. Even though it says "prompt to resume . . ." it does not really prompt. It just resumes. You will may need to deselect this feature in order to give new users on the same machine a fresh quiz.

did you set the course to ignore flash cookies? Are the users logging in as unique users?
