Gaming in Quizmaker

I am designing a learning game based on vehicle inspections. The concept is that most people should have taken a course on vehicle inspections previously so rather then reiterate the dry legislation and steps i would create a scenario based game that would require the user to navigate their way through a vehicle inspection.

My question is this...

With my inadequate computer is Quizmaker strong enough to hold the program independently or should i create it in PPT with multiple (like 30 or more) quizzes?

Is there anyone creating scenario type games in quizmaker? Would love to chat.
