When I upgrade our Articulate 09 file that is in German to Articulate 13 since I only have Articulate 13, the German umlaut (u with two dots over it) changes into symbols 'A 1/4'. This only happens in Quizmaker files. Is there a solution to this? Thanks for your help.

I can't say that I have encountered this issue previously, so would it be possible for you to share your '09 file so I am able to upgrade it to '13 on my machine to see if I encounter what you have described, as well?
